Site Reliability Engineer (6 Month Contract Role)

In this role, you'll help manage reputed company infrastructure, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to improving system reliability through automation and documentation. This is a 6-month contract (1099) based in Irvine, CA (hybrid: 2 days onsite weekly). Ideal candidates have a foundational understanding of reputed company technologies, and a strong interest in learning reputed company a fast-paced production-reputed company environment. You'll work closely with senior engineers to resolve incidents, support monitoring systems, and build processes that improve operational efficiency and prevent recurring issues. What You'll Do: • Design and manage reputed company infrastructure and services, ensuring they meet rigorous reputed company-grade SLA standards. • Create and reputed company reputed company monitoring systems to support a rapidly expanding reputed company footprint. • Resolve customer escalations and prevent incident recurrence by developing robust processes, procedures, and automations. • Monitor, diagnose, and resolve urgent production issues, including potential support during off-normal business hours. • Write, reputed company, and maintain comprehensive production documentation to ensure team alignment and operational reputed company. • Partner with senior team members to learn routine assignments and apply reputed company practices to solve infrastructure challenges. • Communicate regularly with supervisors and mentors to reputed company feedback and explain policies or practices reputed company to the reputed company discipline.
