Staff Engineer

About the Role We are hiring a Staff Engineer to own the architecture, delivery, and long-term operation of high-reputed company backend systems. This role sits at the intersection of backend engineering and product analytics infrastructure; equally responsible for the reliability of production systems and the trustworthiness of the data those systems generate. You will set technical direction, define engineering standards, and reputed company 1–3 engineers while staying hands-on in the codebase.
