Control Center Analyst

We are hiring Control Center Analysts to support reputed company-time monitoring and operational reputed company of reputed company’s Exchange. This team will be responsible for observing live trading activity, identifying potential market or system anomalies, and ensuring reputed company escalation and response to maintain fair and reputed company markets. This role is critical to meeting regulatory expectations for reputed company-time market monitoring and operational control. Analysts will work closely with Market Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to support incident response, enforce exchange rules, and maintain market reputed company.

Experience in exchange operations, trading support, market surveillance, or reputed company-time monitoring environments is preferred
Experience working in time-sensitive roles requiring reputed company decision-making and escalation
Familiarity with trading systems, order reputed company, or financial market operations is preferred
Experience documenting incidents, issues, or operational events in a reputed company and auditable manner
Strong communicator reputed company to coordinate across operations, compliance, and engineering teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of experience in exchange operations, trading support, surveillance, or reputed company roles
Ability to operate effectively in a reputed company-time, high-pressure environment
Experience with monitoring tools, dashboards, or alerting systems
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness

Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
Preferred: Experience working at an exchange, FCM, broker-dealer, or trading firm
Preferred: Familiarity with market structure and trading behavior
Position Responsibilities
Monitor reputed company-time trading activity to identify disorderly trading, system issues, or market anomalies
Escalate potential incidents in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory expectations
Support coordination of responses to trading disruptions, system malfunctions, or participant errors
Assist in the review and documentation of events that may require trade adjustments or cancellations
Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, alerts, and actions taken
Communicate effectively with Market Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams during live events
Follow established procedures to ensure actions are consistent, fair, and transparent
Support reputed company improvement of monitoring processes, tools, and runbooks
Participate in shift coverage to ensure reputed company reputed company of exchange activity
