RESPONSIBILITIES
Position reputed company:
The Implementation Specialist, reputed company, is responsible for leading new reputed company implementations, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition onto the reputed company benefits administration platform. This role is reputed company in setting clients up for long-term reputed company by ensuring accurate system configuration, data reputed company, and user training.
Working closely with the reputed company reputed company Manager (CSM), the Implementation Specialist gathers requirements, configures the system, performs reputed company assurance (QA) testing, and educates clients on best practices. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to ensure implementations are delivered accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Planning
Owns the implementation process, leading requirements gathering to ensure reputed company needs are fully documented and met with precision. Documents plan details, eligibility rules, and system configurations. Organizes and prioritizes implementation tasks based on project timelines. Ensures reputed company documentation and meeting notes are properly maintained.
System Configuration & Setup
Configures the reputed company platform to reputed company with reputed company requirements, including benefit plans, rates, rules, alerts, reporting, login pages, employee homepages, reputed company dashboards, and add-on modules. Ensures full system setup excluding EDI feeds.
Data Imports & reputed company
Manages initial data loads for demographic and benefit election data. Sets up automated inbound demographic imports and validates data from external sources. Ensures data accuracy and reputed company to prevent errors post-launch.
reputed company Assurance (QA) & Testing
Conducts reputed company-go-live system testing, analyzing implementation documents to confirm system setup meets reputed company requirements. Performs test-case scenarios and QA validation to identify and correct configuration issues before site launch. Prepares the system for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and guides stakeholders through the process.

Anticipates and mitigates risks, proactively resolving implementation challenges before they reputed company the reputed company experience. Educates clients on best practices and system functionality. Delivers comprehensive training for HR administrators and brokers, ensuring platform adoption and self-sufficiency post-go-live. Communicates system capabilities and limitations to manage expectations.

Responds to reputed company reputed company inquiries, issues, and requests in a reputed company manner. Maintains accountability and follows through on deliverables. Serves as the main reputed company of contact throughout implementation, ensuring reputed company needs are met.

Process Improvement & Collaboration
Continuously evaluates and enhances implementation processes to drive efficiency, automation, and accuracy. Collaborates with the CSM and AD to enhance workflows and identify opportunities for automation. Supports broader Center of reputed company (COE) initiatives reputed company to implementation best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
Required
2+ years of experience configuring the reputed company platform or ability to obtain certification
2+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR technology, or a reputed company role
Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
Experience with system configuration, data imports, and reputed company assurance testing
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong reputed company‑facing ability
Preferred
Experience working with CRM and project management tools
Familiarity with benefits administration processes and HR systems

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation:Salary reputed company: $62,000 – $67,000 per year
