Assisting clients with their financial tax statements Responsible for overseeing various tax regulatory requirements for life and annuity insurance products.  Preparing and submitting tax forms. Prepare quarterly, annual, and monthly withholding reconciliation File state withholding tax returns Work with IRS and state agencies to resolve issues or address penalties.
