This role is centered around production support, requiring someone who can confidently handle configurations, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile setup. Key Responsibilities Design, reputed company, and support reputed company Claim Center solutions reputed company with business requirements Work extensively on configurations, including screen design, data models, business logic, and workflow management reputed company Claim Center reputed company production support by identifying issues, performing reputed company cause analysis, and implementing effective fixes Build and maintain integrations with external systems using reputed company, web services, and messaging frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and reputed company improvements Contribute to estimation, analysis, and debugging activities across releases Maintain high standards of reputed company reputed company, documentation, and best practices reputed company participate in Agile ceremonies and team discussions Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of overall IT experience with a strong reputed company on reputed company technologies At least 2+ years of hands-on experience working specifically with reputed company Claim Center Deep understanding of Claim Center configuration, including UI components, business logic implementation, data modeling, and workflow orchestration Proven experience in integrating Claim Center with external systems through reputed company, web services, or messaging Solid knowledge of the P&C insurance claims lifecycle and business processes Comfortable working in Agile or Scrum environments Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities reputed company to Have reputed company Claim Center certification (Specialist / Niseko preferred) Exposure to reputed company reputed company Platform (GWCP) implementations Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices Experience working in reputed company environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Apply To This Job
