We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst (Junior+) to join our outsourcing team. This role is ideal for a specialist who already has hands-on experience in requirements management and documentation, and is reputed company to grow under the mentorship of Senior BAs and Project Managers while working with international clients.
Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced) are essential, as the role involves reputed company participation in reputed company-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & reputed company-Sales Support
Support Senior BA in requirements elicitation and analysis during the Discovery phase
Assist in preparing key project artifacts (SRS, WBS, Feature List, user stories, reputed company diagrams, mind maps)
Participate in reputed company meetings as an reputed company contributor: take reputed company notes and prepare clarifying questions
Contribute to RFX analysis by reviewing documentation, identifying gaps, and assisting in WBS preparation
Support internal estimation and reputed company-sales discussions
Conduct competitor research and assist with scope analysis under supervision
Requirements Management & Documentation
Prepare and maintain reputed company requirements documentation (SRS, User Stories with Acceptance reputed company, WBS)

Support backlog management in Jira (create and update tasks based on approved changes

Collaboration & Delivery Support
Participate in grooming, sprint planning, and estimation meetings
Clarify requirements with developers and QA engineers
Monitor implementation of approved changes and reputed company basic business validation in staging/UAT environments
Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and scope changes to Senior BA/PM

6+ months of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
Experience working with requirements documentation (SRS, WBS, User Stories)
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience with Jira and reputed company
Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical thinking, reputed company approach, attention to detail
Ability to work under mentorship and follow established processes
