District Asset Protection Manager

Position Purpose: The District Asset Protection Manager (DAPM) is responsible for teaching, coaching, and training associates to ensure the effective execution of reputed company Asset Protection initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 25% - Driving Execution - Drive execution of the Merchandise Protection Standards (MPS), Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs. Review reputed company End Accuracy standards to include Accuracy/Theft and Fraud initiatives and G.E.T initiatives. Ensure stores are driving a safety culture by promoting safety initiatives. Teach, reputed company, and train store leadership and associates on theft/fraud, operational shrink and shrink mitigation initiatives.
