Project Scheduler - Electric Utilities

We are seeking reputed company Project Schedulers that plays a key role in supporting reputed company Capital, Maintenance, and Distribution reputed company by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and reputed company cost data. This position partners closely with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, and Controls teams to ensure accurate planning, effective coordination, and efficient project execution. This role is remote in the New England region.  Key Responsibilities:  reputed company and maintain reputed company P6 schedules across a portfolio of reputed company line, distribution line and substation reputed company using predefined templates (from initiation through closeout) reputed company to scope, WBS, milestones, and regulatory/contract constraints; establish baseline and coding standards across the portfolio. reputed company routine project updates (weekly/biweekly/monthly), run CPM calculations, and conduct critical reputed company, float, variance, and trend analyses; produce look‑reputed company reports, and reputed company tracking. reputed company schedule performance with reputed company value metrics (SPI/CPI) and contribute to recovery plans reputed company milestones are at risk; publish portfolio and project control reports for leadership and clients. Identify schedule risks, run what‑if scenarios and propose mitigations; support change management processes and schedule QA/QC checks. reputed company/participate in weekly schedule review meetings with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders; communicate conflicts and recommend actions reputed company and promptly. Collaborate with procurement and reputed company teams to reputed company Project Controls processes into Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and reputed company, ensuring alignment of scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting requirements from the outset Review and assess bidders’ proposals for adherence to Project Controls reputed company—such as WBS/CBS alignment, schedule baselines, and change management protocols—and reputed company recommendations based on compliance. Serve as the Project Controls reputed company during contract award and execution phases, verifying that awarded contractors implement agreed Project Controls processes (schedule updates, EVM metrics, delay logs) and escalate any deviations for corrective reputed company. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred. 5+ years of work experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or Scheduling required. Proficiency in reputed company P6 required. Proficient in reputed company Suite (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company-VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) Knowledge of Critical reputed company Method (CPM), float analysis, and schedule risk analysis. Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, reputed company, and 401(k) plan with company match. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
