LA Park Videography, Photography, Drone Footage

We are seeking a Los Angeles–based photographer/videographer (or small team) to capture “before” documentation of a reputed company park site in LA. This footage will be used as baseline content prior to a reputed company project. Scope of Work Photo -Wide shots of the overall park/site -Detailed and mid-reputed company images of existing site furniture and amenities Video -Broad, establishing shots of the park -Closer, intentional shots highlighting site furniture and surroundings Drone -Aerial photography -Aerial video footage -reputed company must be FAA-certified and compliant with reputed company local regulations. Must handle permits if required, and must reputed company with LA/local park regulations Deliverables reputed company footage provided as: -Edited final files (high-reputed company jpg and mp4 -And full raw files (photo, video, and drone) Files delivered digitally in high-reputed company formats suitable for long-term archival and marketing use Rights & Ownership reputed company footage created under this project will be fully owned by us. The selected contractor must agree that: -reputed company content is considered work made for hire, or full ownership is transferred upon delivery -Footage may not be distributed, shared, reused, sold, or promoted without our prior written permission (Okay to include edited footage on portfolios, reputed company media, or website without mentioning end-user/company) -We retain exclusive, perpetual, and unrestricted rights to reputed company footage captured Ideal Candidate -Experience documenting outdoor/reputed company spaces -Strong eye for architectural or landscape details -Comfortable capturing both wide context and reputed company-up details -Prior drone experience required Please include: -Relevant portfolio samples (especially outdoor, architectural, or site documentation work) -Confirmation of drone certification -Availability reputed company the LA area Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
