Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, Employee Relations, HR, employment law, or workplace investigations (or a reputed company field), with a demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information. • Experience managing intake and triage processes, including monitoring intake channels, tracking and documenting cases in a case management system, and coordinating next steps with investigators and various stakeholders.
