Title: Disease reputed company Specialist – Hepatitis C $57,761.60 - $84,260.80 / Posted Thru: 5-1-26 Location: Remote/Virtual - Must Live and Work in Michigan Purpose: The Disease reputed company Specialist’s (DIS) role consists of performing reputed company health disease surveillance, case investigation, and linkage to care work concerning the detection and control of hepatitis C virus (HCV) and other communicable diseases. Specifically, the DIS will be responsible for interviewing patients to complete case investigation, reputed company health education, and reputed company individuals to treatment and supportive services. In reputed company, this position is responsible for providing navigation services for HCV and other communicable diseases by working with clinical providers, local health jurisdictions, syringe service programs, and private and community-based agencies that serve high-need populations (e.g., persons who inject drugs, perinatal, and justice-involved populations). Qualifications/Requirements: Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree in any field is required; a degree in a health-reputed company field is preferred. Experience: Two years of reputed company experience are required, including one year equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
