Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Quality Assurance and Process Improvement team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Key Responsibilities

As a Process Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
  • Audit operations teams' and system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
  • Suggest and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them
  • Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes
  • Interact with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve process goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following essential qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
  • Experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role, preferably in a customer-centric industry
  • Knowledge of quality management principles and practices (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Certifications in quality assurance or process improvement (e.g., CQA, CQIA)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
