Your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs * Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients * Designing and developing packages for internal clients * Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods * Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions * Troubleshooting technical issues * Presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages * Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis * Design and develop packages for internal clients * Evaluate data needs of assigned projects and ensure data integrity and suitability * Transform data into actionable insights through reporting solutions * Troubleshoot technical issues * Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders **Required Qualifications:** * 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) * Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle * Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL * Crystal Reporting experience preferred **Required Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience **Work Environment and Company Culture:** As a remote employee at arenaflex, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
