**Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) – Remote, Nashville**

**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including email and live chat. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations
* Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, manage customer relationships, and stay up-to-date on product information
* Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments through internal communication software to ensure seamless communication and a unified customer experience
* Identifying and resolving customer pain points, trends, and areas for improvement to optimize their experience and drive business growth
**Who You Are:**
We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work, is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and is eager to learn and grow with our team. **Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
* Be available to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls
* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, such as a home office, where you can fulfill your shifts
* Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (arenaflex will provide a laptop and necessary equipment)
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
**Extra Credit:**
While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a plus!
