**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Utilizing arenaflex's solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into our proper framework.
* Handling patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for handling.
* Investigating to obtain missing medication data, and deciphering clinical shortened forms (SIG codes).
* Settling all information section-related special cases.
* Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
* Settling Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities.
* Settling on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs.
* Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas.
* Recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as fitting.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school certificate or GED.
