**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for leading the enrollment, training, and development of a unique store group that will help arenaflex accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities in the local market to boost arenaflex's brand visibility and drive sales growth. Your ability to achieve a combined store sales target, drive ideal team performance, and maintain store operations will be key to your success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Business Strategy**: Collaborate with the Store Manager to align on business needs and strategies, while demonstrating sales leadership through active floor presence and job shadowing (70% of the time)
* **Client Excellence**: Ensure all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness
* **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and develop administration and staff, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures
* **Brand Standards**: Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code standard and preparation rules
**What You'll Bring**
* **Qualifications**: Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record to meet or exceed objectives
* **Self-Starting Business Visionary**: Outstanding leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines
* **Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: Devoted and moral approach to sales and sales tasks, with the ability to foster cooperative relationships and serve as a well-respected, trusted partner
* **Ability to Work Nights and Weekends**: Ability to work in a retail environment, with the ability to move as needed
* **Valid Driver's License**: Substantial driver's license in the country of work and ability to obtain relevant state licensing, where applicable
* **Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit**: This job requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles. Without the sales rep permit, you cannot participate in sales activities
