This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving account retention, resolving operational issues, and coordinating cross-functional communication between clients and internal teams.<br><br>The ideal candidate is highly organized, reputed company, solution-driven, and reputed company in managing customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
