**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
* Providing timely and effective support to users, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience
* Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Vetcove platform, staying up-to-date on new features and functionality
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends
* Working closely with the Support Team to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment
* 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Computer Science)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
* Experience in chat support or a related customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of intercom and/or other chat platforms
* Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a focus on delivering empathetic and personalized support
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
* Strong desire to learn and help customers succeed, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges
