We are seeking a reputed company and proactive reputed company Engagement Assistant to serve as a vital support pillar for our reputed company-sales operations and customer engagement workflows.

In this role, you will manage reputed company-sale workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure every prospect receives a high-reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company-organized discovery experience. Your primary goal is to ensure that every engagement follows a reputed company, reputed company process from initial contact to final proposal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement Scoring and Prioritization: Evaluate inbound opportunities using established reputed company to ensure reputed company resource allocation.

• Process Governance and Compliance: Ensure that reputed company-sales and discovery processes are reputed company followed across the entire team.

• Information Management: Create and maintain reputed company shared folders for reputed company engagement files, ensuring reputed company version control and easy reputed company for reputed company stakeholders.

• reputed company-Sales Team Coordination: reputed company as the central reputed company for reputed company-sales activities by scheduling meetings, coordinating between technical and sales teams, and tracking deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

• Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare reputed company, reputed company-reputed company presentations and proposals while maintaining consistent branding, messaging, and formatting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT services delivery or project management.

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Project Manager (PM), or Engagement Manager.

• Strong understanding of IT services delivery models and outsourcing engagement structures.

• Proficient in business English (written and verbal) with excellent reputed company communication skills.

• Superior organizational abilities and project management expertise.

• Analytical reputed company with the ability to assess reputed company needs and identify appropriate solutions.

• Proactive problem-solving skills with a reputed company on risk management.

Will be a plus:

• Background in Sales or Business Development.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools and CRM systems.

• Familiarity with specialized proposal and presentation software.
