As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report assembly, and reconciliation. You'll also be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with various departments and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our data entry transactions. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities: * **Data Entry**: Enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * **Report Assembly**: Assemble reports, including compiling and formatting data for presentation. * **Reconciliation**: Reconcile reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * **Clerical Duties**: Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties. * **Communication**: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues. * **Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Experience and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following experience and qualifications: * **Organizing and Prioritizing Skills**: Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. * **Attention to Detail and Accuracy**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data entry transactions. * **Data Entry Experience**: 1 year of data entry experience, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm. * **Office Clerk Experience**: 1 year of office clerk experience, with a focus on administrative tasks and customer service. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with various departments and stakeholders. * **Industry Software Experience**: Experience with industry software, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word. **Physical Demands** As a remote employee, you'll need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
