Our mission is to make life easier for millions of people around the world, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve that goal. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to create scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies **What You'll Convey** * A strong passion for Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the retail industry * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems * A strong commitment to delivering high-quality results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes **About Our Team** Our team is dedicated to creating a secure and innovative working environment that fosters a culture of safety and reliability.
