**Responsibilities**
As an Inside Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, collaborating closely with various departments to provide top-notch service and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email, accurately determining their requirements and needs.
* Utilizing available resources to provide quotes and process orders efficiently, maintaining meticulous documentation.
* Effectively communicating pricing, lead times, and product information to both new and existing customers.
* Collaborating with various departments to fulfill special customer requests, optimizing solutions and building strong customer relationships.
* Staying informed about our production and shipping methods to ensure accurate delivery timelines and proactive communication.
* Championing continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to office procedures and departmental performance.
**Requirements**
