**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and support. Your day will be filled with opportunities to:
* Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
* Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues with a smile
* Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Residency in Tennessee or surrounding areas
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 40mbps) to ensure seamless communication and research
