**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Navigate multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing seamless support to our clients and customers
* Follow established communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy in handling various topics
* Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to meet their expectations
* Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls and provide expert support
* Perform data entry and customer service skills to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
* Be able to navigate online platforms efficiently to access client information and resources
* Work requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, identifying customers' needs, and researching to see if requests have the necessary credentials
* Skillfully transition between tasks without losing efficiency or composure
* Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, ensuring a positive and professional presence in all customer interactions
* Remain flexible and willing to cross-train as requested to meet the evolving needs of our clients and customers
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
* 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
* Technical savvy and ability to navigate online platforms efficiently
* Previous remote work from home experience a plus
* Quick learner with the ability to work independently
* Type 35 words per minute accurately
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
* A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required

* Previous experience in a healthcare-related field or industry
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
