We're now seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing high-quality multichannel support and problem resolution to customers in Spanish.
**Job Summary:**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including telephonic, chat, email, social media, and US mail. You'll be fluent in Spanish, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers telephonically and non-telephonically with service and support issues, utilizing department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise to resolve problems and increase customer satisfaction and retention.
* Act as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement, solid business skills, and support of department and company objectives.
* Ensure productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met to meet and exceed customer and arenaflex expectations.
* Use courteous and professional language to communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
* Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
* Create win-win resolutions to problems, prioritizing customer satisfaction and arenaflex's reputation.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School or equivalent education
* 1+ year(s) experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a bilingual role
* Fluency in Spanish, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers
* Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math
* Customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, proficient with Microsoft Office, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
* Strong English and Spanish comprehension and a good command of grammar
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Associate degree or higher
* Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position
* arenaflex Retail store/field experience, with a strong understanding of our products and services
