**What You Will Do in This Role**
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide to ensure seamless and efficient issue resolution
* Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
* Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to maintain accurate records and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
* Be an amazing problem-solver, using your analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues
* Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
