As a remote part-time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Data Entry Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
**Responsibilities**
As a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including but not limited to:
+ Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
+ Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient way.
+ Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
+ Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to:
+ Client information and order history.
+ Medication lists and inventory management.
+ Compliance and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong preference for LTC pharmacy experience.
* Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, including but not limited to:
+ Medication names, dosages, and indications.
+ Side effects, contraindications, and interactions.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to:
+ Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including but not limited to:
+ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Pharmacy software and systems.
* Great telephone etiquette, with the ability to:
+ Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
+ Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus, but not required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
