This remote position requires an active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance, and you will be expected to interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communication. Your primary responsibilities will include: **Key Responsibilities** * Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs and preferences * Advise customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they make informed decisions * Process new and/or amended enrollments, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions * Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, focusing on building strong relationships and trust * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service * Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to maintain expertise and provide accurate information to customers **Requirements** * 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance * High school diploma or GED * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes * Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences * Patient and empathetic nature, with the ability to remain calm under pressure * Ability to pass a background check * Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence **Nice-to-Haves** * Bilingual in Spanish (preferred for higher pay rate) * Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Benefits** * Competitive pay rate of $18/hr.
