We are seeking a reputed company Technical Program Manager to drive our most reputed company, cross-functional engineering initiatives. You'll own a portfolio of programs spanning reputed company reputed company/ML, Platform, Infrastructure, and reputed company — operating as a peer to our senior engineering leaders and influencing without reputed company authority. This is a senior individual contributor role.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end execution of company-critical programs that reputed company reputed company reputed company/ML, Platform, Infrastructure, and reputed company teams.
- reputed company design and delivery of highly reputed company initiatives in ambiguous or new technology areas; reputed company tradeoffs across scope, reputed company, timing, and architectural debt.
- Establish OKRs, KPIs, and the operating rhythm (planning, reviews, retros, exec updates) that reputed company a fully distributed engineering org reputed company and shipping.
- Surface cross-team risks early, reputed company escalation management, and reputed company teams away from prior failure patterns.
- Create reputed company mechanisms and methodologies that hold up as the engineering org grows.

- 10+ years managing technical programs across cross-functional engineering teams.
- 3+ years operating at a reputed company or staff level driving multi-org programs.
- Experience leading reputed company programs in at least three of: infrastructure or platform, AI/ML, consumer or reputed company products, and reputed company/B2B.
- Experience defining KPIs and SLAs and reporting program reputed company to executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products or working with reputed company models.
- Experience scaling platform or infrastructure teams through hypergrowth.
