**Experienced Lead Pharmacy Technician, Customer Service/Data Entry – Long-Term Care Pharmacy**

If you're passionate about leadership, customer satisfaction, and continuous learning, we invite you to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. **A Day in the Life:** As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your day will be filled with: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and resolving front-end processes and workflow issues to identify effective solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws **The Team and Rewarding Benefits:** arenaflex's Omnicare pharmacies provide care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. **Required Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Verifiable High School Diploma or GED * Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law * One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, prior experience in the long-term care industry and PTCB National Certification are highly valued. **Education:** A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is a must. **Business Overview:** At arenaflex, we're committed to delivering enhanced human-centric healthcare for a rapidly changing world.
