**Key Responsibilities**
As a Chat Support Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably and providing accurate information about their products and services.

* **Training and Availability**: Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.

* **Technical Skills**: Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
* **Soft Skills**: Positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
