**Experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative – Remote Insurance Policy Support**

We're seeking an experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team, supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to grow within the company and develop a career in insurance. **Job Summary:**
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customer's insurance policies. You'll assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications. You'll also have the opportunity to work with entry-level auto and property policies, providing exceptional customer service and support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Receive and review calls from customers regarding their insurance policies
* Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
* Process calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customer needs are met
* Work with entry-level auto and property policies, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must reside in Indiana
* Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
* Must have a reliable internet connection with high-speed internet speeds (Download: 5 Mbps and Upload: 5 Mbps)
* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
* Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Experience working with insurance policies and procedures
* Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and laws
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Ability to work with a variety of customers and personalities
