As a Website Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Logging into our live chat application daily to interact with customers or potential customers
* Responding to their inquiries, assisting them with their needs, and providing exceptional customer service
* Utilizing provided scripts for the most commonly asked questions and seeking guidance from a chat supervisor as needed
* Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions
* Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
