Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in the lives of our customers and patients. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages * Handling high-volume calls and data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency * Utilizing arenaflex's solution information system to enter patient and medication data, and process new patient enrollment * Handling patient medicine demands and entering top-off orders for handling, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines * Investigating missing medication data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) * Resolving data entry-related issues and special cases * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely * Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed * Acquiring a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the first 90 days, and maintaining a valid license or certification **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online * Basic web search skills, including: + Opening a program + Writing in URLs in the address bar + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms * Basic keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing reports * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years of age or older **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacist with a valid license or certification from the state or a recognized certification agency * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Designing reports * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Comprehensive training and development programs * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Flexible scheduling and remote work options * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and data entry skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at arenaflex.
