As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner * Assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products * Selling travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products * Understanding and adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements * Collaborating with a globally diverse team to provide exceptional customer experiences * Staying up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and assisting customers via Twitter, Facebook, or other channels **Connecting Our Customers to the World** In our fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds and build relationships that make their travel experiences truly memorable.
