Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join us on this mission. **The Role** As a Customer Service Consultant on our Answer Team, you'll serve as a vital point of contact for our clients, responding to a variety of service requests and issues in a call center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, which requires accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on initial client communication.
