**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customers' needs
* Providing detailed information about products and services, including appointment scheduling and lead generation
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our clients' ever-evolving products and services
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience a plus
* A positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
**Requirements**
To join our team, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
* Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is a plus
