At arenaflex, the sky is the limit!** **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** We are seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
