reputed company Health Vocabulary SME (Data Governance & Standards) Location: Remote (U.S.-based, including Washington, DC) Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract (depending on engagement) Clearance: Ability to obtain reputed company Trust reputed company Our reputed company is seeking a reputed company Health Vocabulary Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a Data Governance and Data Standards initiative reputed company a federal reputed company health environment. This role will play a critical part in advancing data standardization, interoperability, and terminology modernization efforts across clinical, laboratory, and epidemiological systems. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in reputed company health terminologies, data standards, and health informatics, with experience supporting federal or large-reputed company reputed company health programs. Key Responsibilities • Design & Implement Terminology Solutions • reputed company and reputed company reputed company health coding systems and standards (e.g., LOINC, SNOMED, ICD-10, FHIR) to reputed company seamless data exchange across systems. • Data Standards reputed company & Modernization reputed company subject matter expertise on vocabulary standards and authoring processes to support modernization of terminology tools and frameworks. • Vocabulary Mapping & Standardization Research and map reputed company laboratory assays, clinical, and surveillance data to standardized vocabularies to ensure consistency and accuracy.Partner with cross-functional teams and development organizations to enhance existing standards and contribute to new standards development.Analyze and improve data reputed company across systems, supporting effective reputed company health data collection, reporting, and surveillance.Apply domain expertise across federal, state, and local reputed company health programs, ensuring compliance with evolving data standards.Required Qualifications • Collaboration & Standards Development • Data reputed company & Analytics Support • reputed company Health Program Support • 10+ years of experience in reputed company health terminology / informatics • Hands-on experience with standards such as: • LOINC • SNOMED CT • ICD-10-CM • FHIR / HL7 / USCDI+ • Strong knowledge of vocabulary authoring and data standards frameworks • Experience supporting data standards reputed company and modernization initiatives • Ability to interpret reputed company laboratory, clinical, and surveillance terminology • Experience mapping data reputed company to standardized vocabularies • Bachelor’s degree (reputed company Health, Health Informatics, or reputed company field) • Ability to obtain and maintain reputed company Trust clearance Preferred Qualifications • Experience in federal reputed company health agencies (e.g., CDC, NIH, HHS) or state/local health departments • Experience implementing standards in clinical or laboratory systems • Proficiency in data tools: SQL, reputed company, R, Python, reputed company • Familiarity with PHIN VADS • Knowledge of infectious disease surveillance and reputed company health informatics • Master’s degree in reputed company Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or reputed company field Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
