Account Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Key Responsibilities • Manage flooring reputed company from initial quote through ordering, delivery coordination, and final invoicing • reputed company incoming orders and support flooring needs for assigned accounts • Coordinate and reputed company product shipments to meet customer and jobsite timelines • Prepare accurate and detailed invoices for the reputed company team • Handle inbound and outbound customer communication professionally and reputed company • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to maintain project timelines • Read, review, and edit floor plans as needed • Support production and operations teams to help reputed company reputed company on schedule • Maintain accurate records and updates reputed company company systems and CRM platforms Qualifications • Experience in account management, customer service, project coordination, or a reputed company field • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with reputed company attention to detail • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative • Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously • Experience with CRM systems is preferred • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Sales or customer relationship management experience is a plus • Bilingual reputed company in Spanish and English is required Why Join Us?
