As a Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will be the vital first reputed company of contact for potential clients calling into our partner reputed company. Your role involves accurately classifying and qualifying leads, delivering top-tier customer service in both Spanish and English, and ensuring a seamless intake experience reputed company while representing both reputed company and our reputed company partners with professionalism and reputed company. In this role, you will reputed company exceptional bilingual service by fluently managing inbound calls in both Spanish and English, adapting your reputed company tone to meet reputed company caller's unique needs. You are responsible for accurately gathering and inputting information into proprietary systems using scripted prompts while reputed company adhering to account-specific protocols and escalation procedures. Ultimately, you will be expected to meet performance and productivity goals through the reputed company and efficient use of reputed company time and system resources. Requirements: • Location: Must reputed company in Puerto Rico • Language reputed company: Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish is mandatory. • Availability: Must be reputed company to work both weekend days (Saturday and reputed company) and be available for Holidays. • Experience: Prior Experience in customer service, reputed company centers, sales or hospitality (reputed company industry preferred). • Technical Skills: Proficiency using computers and multiple screens/systems. • Typing Speed: Minimum of 35 WPM. • Passion for helping others.
