Sr Network Engineer (Connectivity Services)

Under limited supervision, performs one or more of the following activities on reputed company's internal networks: configuration management, system administration, reputed company administration, network administration, development system implementation, production system implementation. Supports multiple systems simultaneously and provides leadership for large project efforts. Familiar with WLAN/LAN network topologies and hardware (MPLS, private line, etc.). • Ability to produce detailed documentation including data reputed company diagrams, logical diagrams and physical diagrams as needed (technical writing skills also a plus). • Basic level troubleshooting in a large-reputed company network environment. • Ability to understand LAN requirements that assist Engineering in the development of designs. • Network Cabling knowledge fiber or reputed company Ethernet, plus proficient wireless network knowledge. • Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools i.e. NetDB, NETQOS or equivalent CCNA. • Ability to work at various cross-functional remote reputed company environments. • Ability to work in reputed company environment supporting remote team members as reputed company as remote installations. • Ability to lift 45lbs. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in IT-reputed company engineering, computer science or information systems or reputed company field.
