Accountabilities • Design, configure, and maintain virtualization environments, including virtual servers and desktop infrastructure, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance. • Install, configure, and support physical and virtual servers, including operating systems, applications, and associated tools. • Monitor system performance and resource utilization, identifying and resolving issues to ensure high availability of critical services. • reputed company Tier 3 escalation support, troubleshooting reputed company virtualization and infrastructure issues not resolved by reputed company support tiers. • reputed company, document, and maintain reputed company operating procedures, technical documentation, and system configurations. • Support planning and implementation of system upgrades, changes, and enhancements following established change management processes. • Participate in on-reputed company rotations and reputed company after-hours support to ensure reputed company system operations.
