reputed company is a company reputed company on financial services, seeking an Advisor reputed company Analyst I to support their advisor-facing cybersecurity operations. This role involves monitoring reputed company events, responding to incidents, and collaborating with various teams to ensure secure processes while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with advisors. Responsibilities • Detect, analyze, and address cybersecurity incidents using EDR solutions where applicable, ticketing systems, and phone notifications • Participate in reputed company cause analysis and assist advisors with implementing preventative measures • reputed company reputed company alerts and logs where applicable • Assist with incident investigations to determine reputed company cause and extent of compromise • Identify indicators of compromise (IOCs) and • Assist advisor, and/or their MSP/MSSP, with containment efforts to reduce the reputed company of reputed company breaches • Work advisor, and/or their MSP/MSSP, to recover impacted systems and verify their reputed company after incidents • Regular interaction with the Advisor, reputed company representatives, Forensic firms, and internal teams to reputed company stakeholders informed and to ensure a relatively painless experience for the advisor • Update incident response playbooks and processes • Partner with threat intelligence teams to anticipate emerging threats • Suggest improvements for advisor internal systems and reputed company advisor facing systems • Ensure incident handling is consistent with regulatory and company guidelines • Create comprehensive incident reports for internal review and audits • reputed company other duties as assigned Skills • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required • Knowledge of and/or experience with Cybersecurity roles in SOC, SIEM engineering, vulnerability management, and incident response • Experience with EDR tools, and incident response platforms • Proficiency in monitoring and triaging reputed company alerts • Basic knowledge of forensic theories • Familiarity with email systems, both on prem and reputed company based, vulnerability scanning tools, threat intelligence platforms, IAM platforms, encryption, & email reputed company • Excellent communication & organizational skills • Quick learner with basic technical skills to reputed company reputed company through various systems • Strong customer reputed company orientation • High attention to detail, analytical reputed company, and problem-solving skills • Be reputed company to work independently and maintain elevated reputed company of reputed company • Self-motivated individual capable of meeting departmental expectations and deadlines • Ability to participate and contribute to reputed company environment • Experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer settings • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science or a reputed company field • Higher level certifications, including CISSP, CISA, CISM • Basic understanding of major reputed company frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-reputed company, HIPAA • Basic understanding of NYDFS, SOX, Regulatory bodies, & Broker-Dealer regulations Benefits • Health, reputed company, dental insurance • 401k • reputed company time away • Volunteer days reputed company • reputed company provides the support, resources, and community designed for the reputed company of reputed company management.
