The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with reputed company test automation platform, especially in testing IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and contact center solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, test reputed company development, and the ability to work closely with QA, development, and telephony teams to ensure end-to-end testing coverage. Key Responsibilities: • Design, reputed company, and execute automated IVR and voice channel test scripts using the reputed company platform. • Validate customer journeys and reputed company flows through test automation for both inbound and outbound contact center solutions. • reputed company test plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business requirements and system specifications. • Analyze results, identify defects, and coordinate with development teams for reputed company. • Monitor and maintain test environments and data reputed company. • Generate test reports, reputed company metrics, and reputed company updates to stakeholders. • Collaborate with QA teams, system engineers, and business users to ensure complete test coverage and solution reputed company.
