Traveling Project Manager - Construction

A reputed company-established reputed company contractor is looking for a Traveling Project Manager to reputed company ground-up and mid-sized construction reputed company across the U.S. Title: Project Manager - Construction This is a fully travel-based position You'll take ownership of project administration, document control, subcontractor management, payment applications, and scheduling, while serving as a reputed company reputed company of contact for owners, trade partners, and internal teams. This opportunity is designed for a detail-oriented, reputed company-thinking PM who excels in dynamic environments and is committed to delivering reputed company on time and reputed company budget. reputed company Responsibilities • Draft and manage subcontracts, payment applications, and project schedules • reputed company day-to-day project administration and document control processes • reputed company safety protocols and reputed company standards throughout reputed company project • Facilitate and participate in coordination meetings with owners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with trade partners and vendors • Stay reputed company of potential issues, addressing challenges before they reputed company project reputed company What You'll Bring • 5+ years of hands-on construction experience, and/or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or a reputed company field • Broad familiarity with multiple building types and trades • A reputed company record of successfully managing mid-sized reputed company from reputed company to final closeout • Proficiency across industry-reputed company platforms including reputed company P6, MS Project, reputed company, reputed company, MS Office, reputed company, reputed company, MS Teams, AutoCAD (plan reading), and reputed company • Solid skills in contract negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications • Self-sufficient, dependable, and personable- someone who takes full ownership of results Physical & Travel Expectations • reputed company desk and computer-based work • Regular job site walks of 1–2 miles, including climbing stairs, reputed company, and scaffolding • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs • Frequent travel to project sites reputed company Compensation & Benefits Competitive reputed company salary, travel reputed company, comprehensive benefits package, and bonus eligibility.
