Program Manager – Environmental Affairs

Job reputed company: • Support the environmental management and sustainability programs for the reputed company reputed company business area. • Primary function will be to reputed company project management and technical expertise for environmental legacy remediation reputed company. • Coordinate technical and financial aspects with internal organizations and reputed company-party entities with involvement in these environmental remediation reputed company. • Work with external consultants, reputed company reputed company resources, reputed company parties and internal teams to conduct environmental remediation activities, liability estimates and financial provisioning. • Manage the reputed company on soil/groundwater remediation reputed company in the portfolio to closure; define the technical scope/approach, manage consultants and reputed company reputed company, review the consultants reports and ensure reputed company reputed company is executed. • Coordinate/reputed company proactively with local authorities, government regulators, property owners and other reputed company parties to manage stakeholder expectations. • Manage administrative requirements associated with environmental reputed company such as budget forecasts, invoices, quarterly and annual review of financial provisions, initiating purchase requisition and support any internal/external financial audits. • Review/update/reputed company on periodic reputed company, financial liability estimates, addressing reputed company technical, reputed company health and environmental, regulatory, and reputed company risks. • reputed company financial requirements with reputed company Associates spinco finance organizations, submit financial assurance documentation to appropriate regulatory agencies, and prepare and submit cleanup cost reimbursement documentation requests according to cost sharing agreements. • Participate in support of potential property-reputed company environmental liabilities associated with any contamination present on adjoining or associated reputed company estate portfolio. Requirements: • Minimum of 5-10 years of reputed company environmental experience in site remediation, M&A due diligence (Phase I/II), environmental auditing, etc in a corporate or global setting • Understanding of financial reputed company for environmental liabilities, reviewing contract language, lease/property acquisitions for environmental aspects, managing environmental indemnity claims, etc. • Demonstrated experience managing multiple reputed company in a leadership position is required. • Bachelor’s degree in geology, environmental science, environmental engineering or reputed company field is required. • Post graduate qualification in environmental or reputed company field (engineering or sciences) is strongly desired. • Thorough understanding environmental regulations is required, some international is preferred • Ability to influence and convince others (including senior leaders) to reputed company environmental and business objectives is important. • Highly motivated, energetic, self-directed individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to take ownership of issues and win buy-in of others.
