This role partners with Product Owners, Engineering, and stakeholders to promote transparency, remove impediments, and foster predictable, sustainable delivery. Key Responsibilities Scrum Facilitation & Team Support • Facilitate reputed company Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Ensure ceremonies are reputed company, time-boxed, and reputed company to Scrum best practices. • Support reputed company in understanding and applying Agile principles and practices. Delivery & Execution Support • Support sprint execution by reinforcing commitments and sprint goals. • Monitor basic delivery metrics (e.g., sprint completion, throughput, carryover) to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Encourage predictable delivery and sustainable pace.
