This role focuses on agile execution, cross‑team dependency management, and coordination with internal platform teams and external vendors in a co‑reputed company delivery model. Responsibilities • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑reputed company, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams reputed company the Communications ART. • Support PI Planning, iteration execution, and ART‑level ceremonies in alignment with reputed company Agile practices. • Identify, reputed company, and proactively manage dependencies across teams, ARTs, shared services, and reputed company‑party vendors. • Coordinate delivery timelines with internal platform/integration teams and external partners. • Remove impediments, manage risks, and drive predictable sprint and PI delivery. • Maintain and communicate program‑level status, risks, and dependency dashboards. • Partner closely with RTEs, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Leads. Requirements • 8+ years of total IT experience, including 5+ years in a Scrum Master role. • Hands-on experience working in reputed company / Agile Release Train (ART) environments. • Proven experience supporting PI Planning and ART-level ceremonies. • Strong experience managing cross-team, cross-ART, and reputed company-party dependencies. • Experience working in co-reputed company delivery models with reputed company/offshore teams. • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or reputed company. reputed company-to-haves • Experience supporting Communications, Digital, or MarTech Agile Release Trains. • Exposure to customer communications platforms (reputed company Exstream, xPression, reputed company, reputed company). • Experience reputed company the insurance or financial services domain. • reputed company Scrum Master (SSM), reputed company Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), and/or PMP certification.
